Behavioral Codes and Dress Codes for PCHE
1. Children who choose to participate in activities with PCHE must agree to follow the instructions of parents and other leaders. Obeying those instructions and exhibiting respect toward parents and other leaders is a condition for remaining at an activity.
2.. At no time will the following activities be appropriate: use of bad language, possessing alcohol, drugs or tobacco products, inappropriate public display of affection, possessing a gun, knife or other dangerous weapon, or disregard for the guidelines and disrespect for parents or other leaders.
3. Please note that if this does occur the child will be asked to leave. Further attendance at PCHE events will require the adult to attend with the child.
4. A positive, pleasant and kind attitude toward one another is strongly encouraged.
Dress Code
Dress code for activities should be appropriate for the occasion. In order to preserve an atmosphere of integrity, respect and to insure an experience free of distractions, please note the following guidelines for all events.
1. Shorts should be mid-thigh in length.
2. Dresses and skirts should be no shorter than just above the knee.
3. No spaghetti straps and shoulder straps should be at least three fingers wide. Shirts should be long enough to cover the midriff (front and back) even when hands are raised.
4. No “muscle-shirts”.
5. T-Shirts should not display inappropriate wording or graphics.
6. If there are skirts worn with a slit-they need to be modest and contain no more than a 3-4" slit.
7. "Baggy" pants with undergarments showing are unacceptable.
We appreciate your attention to these matters.
